Function operation:
The UDCTR_B function counts the pulses. When a rising edge of the signal appears at the UP input, the current value of the counter is incremented. When a rising edge of the signal appears at the DOWN input, the present value of the counter is decremented. When the counter reaches the set value at the preset input, a high state appears on the output. When a high state appears at the reset input, the present value of the counter is reset to zero.
