Function operation:
The TIMER function delays the transmission of the signal. When a high state is applied to the IN input, the function starts a counter whose initial value is 0. When the counter reaches the value set by the user (Time), the OUT output appears high and is held until a low state appears at the input. The appearance of a low state on the IN input causes the counter zeroing.
