Function operation:

The HOLDT_B function delays the transmission of the signal. When a high state is given to the IN input, the function starts a counter whose initial value is 0. When the counter reaches the value set by the user at the preset input and the IN input is high, the OUT output appears high and is held until the appearance of a high state on the reset input. The appearance of a low state on the IN input stops the counter operation and stores its value. The reappearance of the high state on the IN input starts the counter from the remembered value. When the status on the IN and reset inputs is high, the counter is not working and its value is 0. The time output returns the current timer value.
