Function operation:
The COUNT_B function counts the pulses. When a rising edge of the signal appears on the imp input, the current value of the counter is incremented. When the counter reaches the set value on the preset input, a high state appears on the OUT output. When a high state appears at the reset input, the present value of the counter is reset to zero.
