By moving the 'POSITION' slider, we change the position of the motor shaft (rotation of the 'AXIS_1' coordinate system in the X axis).
This system includes a 3D model of the gear.
By moving the 'SPEED%' slider, we change the speed of rotation from 0% to 100% of the maximum speed set at the MAX VEL input.
In limit positions of each axis, the limit switches are activated, from which the signal is available on the MAX_Limit and MIN_Limit outputs.
The IN POSITION output is active when the shaft position is equal to the position set at the DEMAND POS input with a precision of 1 pulse.
After downloading and opening the project file, first run the simulation in the 3D visualization window, and then on the function block diagram:
