Function operation:
The TIMER_B function delays the signal transmission. When a high state is given to the IN input, the function starts a counter whose initial value is 0. When the counter reaches the value set by the user at the preset input, a high state appears on the OUT output and is maintained until a low state appears at the IN input . The appearance of a low state on the IN input causes the counter zeroing. The time output returns the current timer value.
