Function operation:
The ARCTG function carries out the operation of the arctangent trigonometric function. The real value is given at input x, and then the value of the arctangent function is calculated. If this value exceeds the value range of an integer variable (-2147483648 ... 2147483647), the function returns 0, without signaling the limit exceeding. The limit violation can be detected using function no. 96 (see LIMITS (96)).
